'Tender Win' 90 Andersons Road, Southampton with Day Associates & Park Lane Block Manag

Another fantastic ‘tender win’ for H.Monfared (Builders) Ltd. Monfareds in association with Day Associates and Park Lane Block Management are now undertaking vast repairs at 90 Anderson's Road in Southampton. The works include roof top deck repair, ventilation installation and to install weathered slopes to projecting stone cornices to a four-storey block of apartment. Works are due to start on Monday 9th of April. Its an exciting time for a great collaboration.
